I was born in the Dominican Republic (D.R.) and lived both in the D.R. and Brooklyn, NY with my older sister and father for the majority of my childhood. I received my B.A. in American Studies from Skidmore College where I was a HEOP student and recently graduated with an MSW from the University at Albany. In my free time, I enjoy running, hiking, and spending time outdoors. I also can’t pass up an opportunity to binge-watch a good Netflix show!
