What was your favorite part of OADI?

My favorite part of OADI is the community. It is a very welcoming space, and you can really tell that everyone part of the OADI community is willing to help and appreciate what students bring to the table.

Do you have any advice for incoming or first year students?

The advice I would give to incoming or first year students is that the four years go by very fast and before you know it you will be graduating. Enjoy your time at Cornell the way you want too. I enjoy seeing the sunsets from time to time and go on walks around campus and Ithaca. Also prioritize yourself, it may be hard with academics but if you don’t prioritize yourself and care for yourself then it will just make the four years harder for you.

What is next for you after Cornell?

After Cornell I will be attending the University at Albany to work on my masters in Higher Education and will spend time in Mexico.

Tell us one of your most important dreams or goals

One of my most important goals is to give back to my community in NYC, in whatever profession I enter, I want to make sure that I am part of a change in my home community and then expand from there.

Tell us a Fun fact about yourself!

A fun fact about myself is that despite not being an artistic person, I tend to see myself being involved in a lot of artistic hobbies like nail art, crocheting, and exploring different types of music genres.
