What was your favorite part about working at OADI?

My favorite part of working at OADI was being able to greet our incredible staff and students every morning. The opportunity to ask them about their day and hear their responses and vice versa allowed me to start my day with positivity. I also loved tending to the snack closet and organizing the snack table so the students could enjoy it.

What is your plan for after graduation?

Currently, I’m in the process of applying to various internships for the upcoming summer to gain experience in the scientific research field, which I believe will greatly benefit me in my future endeavors.

What are your hopes and dreams for your future?

I would love to travel around the world with my family and friends and explore different cultures and food. As for my career, I would like to find a career where I can assist children and families in the Latinx community with mental health resources. The ultimate goal is to become a child and family therapist or maybe even a psychiatrist.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself?

A fun fact about me is that I know how to speak Korean. I had the opportunity to utilize this fun skill during my semester abroad in South Korea.
