Research Interests:  My research aims to develop digital tools that can improve food safety and quality. I have been working on various projects that can quantify the risk of foodborne pathogens, such as Listeria, by developing tools that can aid with decision making and contribute to enhancing foodborne pathogen control strategies throughout the supply chain. 

About Me: I’m a fourth-year Food Science Ph.D. student in the Food Safety Lab. I am from Seoul, South Korea, and I also went to Cornell for my undergraduate studies. In my free time, I like to hangout with my friends, bake, and go rock climbing!
