Peder was born and raised on Long Island just outside of NYC and moved to Ithaca in 2020. His mother was born in Italy and is a first generation American.  He received a A.A.S. in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Nassau Community College.  He also received a B.S. in General Studies from SUNY Old Westbury. Peder has a passion for the outdoors, hiking, photography, live music, cooking, family, and travel.  

Peder is very happy to be a new member of the OADI team and the Cornell staff.
