Hello, my name is Meryem Legesse! I grew up in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia before moving to New York a couple years ago. I am a Biology and Society major in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences pursuing dentistry and research. I am highly interested in the intersection between culture and our preferences/trust in medicine. My involvement on campus revolves around cultural and pre-health organizations. I enjoy meeting new people, and in my free time I paint, read, watch or play soccer!
