Mariah is a sophomore from Long Island, NY. She is an aspiring dentist in the College of Human Ecology studying Global & Public Health Sciences in the Division of Nutritional Sciences. On campus she is the Diversity & Inclusion Chair of the Cornell Pre-Dental Society, the Marketing Chair of Sabor Latino, a mentor to underrepresented minority students in high school with Cornell’s College Readiness Initiative, and a member of the Cornell Open Orchestra and the Mexican Student Association. In OADI she is in P3 and an undergraduate student assistant. In her free time, she likes to watch sunsets/sunrises at the beach, play violin, cook, listen to podcasts and spend time with her friends and family.
