Kristin is originally from Southern California and is a proud first-generation college student. She earned her Ph.D. and M.S. Ed. in Higher Education from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She also holds a B.A. in Sociology and an A.A. in General Studies.

Kristin’s professional career has been varied, but her passion is working with underrepresented and underserved populations in higher education. She enjoys studying abroad and was fortunate enough to do so during her undergraduate career.

Kristin joined the Cornell team and the OADI family almost six years ago and is so excited to continue working with our diverse student populations.

When not in OADI, you can find Kristin spending time with her daughter and mother; playing dominos, cards or other board games; or she will be watching something on the Food Network.
