My name is Gabriel Garcia and I am a sophomore majoring in Biological Sciences and minoring in American Indian and Indigenous Studies in CALS. I’m from Staten Island, NY and I joined this program because at Cornell I have recognized the profound positive impact that having someone in your corner, imparts on an individual. I would not be where I am today were it not for many caring and attentive mentors along the way. I believe that I am a great listener and someone who is always willing to talk a struggle out in pursuit of finding its best solution.
