My name is Erica Aduasare, currently a junior studying global and public health sciences. I had an amazing experience with my mentor freshman year and I wanted to be a helping tool for a new student. I wanted to support students by providing words of encouragement and guidance for their success in a new environment. My strengths include being great at communicating, the ability to listen, relate and provide guidance. Overall, mentoring is super important and valuable as I’ve had many years of experience with mentors who helped me develop into the person I am today.
