Research Interests: I am interested in how people's perceptions of themselves and the world around them  influence their long-term goals and functioning. Thus far, my research has focused on understanding how well-being changes over time, especially after depression. My current work aims to elucidate how the incorporation of depressive experiences into people’s life stories and sense of self may drive better outcomes.

About Me: I am originally from Binghamton, NY but lived in Buffalo, NY while completing my B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in Statistics and lived in Tampa, FL while completing my M.A. in Clinical Psychology. In my free time I enjoy making food from scratch, working out, and reading. I am currently reading 'Wuthering Heights' and 'Touched with Fire.'
