Hello! My name is Alyanis, I'm a senior studying Biology & Society and minoring in Anthropology who aspires to work in medicine back home in PR. I joined OADI peer mentors because I wanted to help fellow students navigate challenges and resources that will help them find their path personally and professionally. My goal is to bring a welcoming environment & passion for mentorship rooted in empathy and lived experience. My continued involvement with the program is fueled by the meaningful relationships that evolve beyond mentorship.
