HEOP played a great role in me having a smooth transition to college life. My HEOP advisor, Shanna, is the most amazing person in the world. She is extremely helpful and supportive. Her along with the amazing HEOP family has provided me with a lot of resources to help me succeed. HEOP has also helped me meet other students and form genuine bonds with fellow HEOP students through various socializing events hosted by HEOP.

For fun on campus, I love to explore different parts of the campus and swim in Helen Newman
