Dr. Kelly Zamudio, Professor of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology

Kelly Zamudio is a Professor in the Dept of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. She received B.Sc. degrees in Zoology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1991. In 1996, she received a Ph.D. in Biology, at the University of Washington, where she specialized in the evolutionary biology and population genetics of reptiles and amphibians. Kelly teaches in the Evolutionary Biology and Biodiversity course, which is required of all Bio majors, she also enjoys mentoring undergraduates in research in her lab. She joined the Cornell faculty in 1999.
