Finanancial Aid Review Documentation

The following is information to complete your financial review to determine economic eligibility at Cornell University.  All applicants will need to complete the:

‚ÄčIt is important for students to continue to monitor their checklist to make sure all documents are received.

In addition to the Financial Aid requirements, a copy of your FAFSA SAR and completed TAP application are required.  Those two documents can be sent to our office via fax at 978-967-2716 or can be electronically uploaded here.  Please included a copy of this coversheet for our processing.

***Please Note, do not send any financial materials via email as email is not a safe means of transmission.  Any documents sent via email will not be opened and will be deleted. 

Convert Email Messages to PDF before uploading.

Some documentation we need will come in the form of email confirmation (e.g., TAP completion). Please convert these messages into a PDF using the instructions below.

  1. Open the message (In Gmail, double click the message to open it)
  2. Click the printer icon in the upper right corner.
  3. There should be a pop up box that opens. Look for Select Printer or Destination.
  4. You should see Adobe PDF.
  5. Choose Adobe PDF.
  6. Click print.
  7. You should see another window open with the message as a PDF.
  8. Save document as a PDF.
  9. Upload the PDF .

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our office via email at stateprograms@cornell.edu.  Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have limited in office hours and therefore email is the best means of communication.  Please submit your materials by February 15, 2021 to meet the Financial Aid timeline.  Remember materials submitted late may affect our ability to review your application for admission to EOP or HEOP, so please submit early.
