Arthur O. Eve Opportunity Programs EOP/HEOP

I am pleased that you have taken the time to research our programs, and I am happy to answer any questions. There are many details about the history of the programs, eligibility for the programs, and how to apply for the programs located on the subsequent pages. I encourage you to take a look and contact us if you have any questions.
As you can see by the website, EOP and HEOP are located under the Office of Academic Diversity Initiatives which provides a great network and resource for students enrolled in the programs. Our students have access to a host of resources designed to help them be successful during their academic career. Cornell is unique in the fact that we offer both EOP (contract colleges) and HEOP (endowed colleges); at most institutions you will find one program or the other depending on if it is a SUNY (EOP) or a private institution (HEOP). We are proud to offer both programs and help to provide opportunities to New Yorkers.
I hope in the following pages, you will find some of the answers you are looking for; however, if you don’t, we are only a phone call or email away. I encourage to investigate, not only our program, but EOP and HEOP programs across the state. These programs have been providing opportunities for students to achieve their college goals since 1967. We hope that you will consider joining the opportunity family.
Sincerely,
William ‘Woodg’ Horning
