My name is Erica Aduasare. I am currently a sophomore in the college of Agricultural and life sciences studying nutritional sciences. I am originally from Ghana but I live in the Bronx. I decided to join OADI peer mentoring program as a way of helping incoming freshman feel welcomed and belonged. As well as helping each other grow in a community such as college. I want my mentor to feel safe while sharing experiences and learning from each other. Some strengths I bring into the program include motivational skills, positivity, willingness to learn, communication skills as well as respect.
